Star was born in Fremont, Ohio. She studied Film & Photography at The Columbus College of Art & Design, where she received her BFA in 2001. After years of working as a photographer and graphic designer in Ohio and Michigan, Star now resides in Orlando, Florida. "My work is both graphic and organic in nature, with emmense attention to shape and line. I'm inspired by music of all types- giving the work rhythm and a depth of feeling."
