Cind was born in Elmira, NY. She studied fine art and graphic design at Rochester Institute of Technology where she received her BFA. She has since studied glass, clay, film and other mediums at various art societies. She was a graphic designer for many years in conjunction with making jewelry and exploring with her collages and paintings. She now resides in Annapolis, MD after 20 years of extensive travel.
