While observing forms in nature for inspiration I find painting reflects a similar evolution. In the course of time the flower paintings have evolved and mutated on their own. The vases resemble human torsos I used in my early figurative work. Stems and thorns are reminiscent of forms I used in the post industrial landscape paintings. All good forms are linked throughout time!
